REAL ESTATE:
All fees are negotiable, ranging from flat listing fees to percent of deal.
New laws 7/2024 mandate buy side fees be pre-negotiated and signed by clients with a buyer-broker agreement prior to showings.
Vacation Rental Management:
25% + $3000 setup fee

TRAVEL
We handle all of your travel planning needs, airline tickets, and more. FREE planning services when you book a VIKING or other cruise and designate Nicole as your Travel Agent before OR up to 60 days AFTER you book yourself! PLUS get extra travel credit by using Nicole as your travel agent for Cruises, BackRoads, Trains or other all inclusive trips!

PLANNING
Planning Fee (no bookings involved, just the planning):
Starting at $2,000 per family.
Multi-Country/Complex Itineraries:
Starting at $3,000 per family.
Rush Planning Fee
(Start Date Within 90 Days)
Starting at $3,500 per family.
Multi-Country/Complex Itineraries:
Starting at $4,500 per family.
VILLA BOOKINGS
Starting at $3,000.
Multi-Family/Groups: Starting at $5,000.
Cancellation/Change Fees:
All bookings are subject to additional fees for major changes or cancellations, based on the fee schedule above.
AIRLINE TICKETING & MANAGEMENT
Ticketing Fee: $100 per person
Airline Frequent Flyer Tickets: $200 per ticket charged at the beginning of the planning process.
Change Fees
- All voluntary changes in airline reservations resulting in a reissue of the ticket are subject to the same fee schedule listed above.
- All voluntary changes made within one week of departure, or after departure, are subject to an additional $100 fee surcharge per person.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Concierge fee
For all trips where the Trip Planning Fee is waived a $100 per hotel reservation fee will be applied to the below services.
